According to the claim circulating online, the operator at the service centre noticed that the account displayed a balance exceeding Rs 759.59 crore during the transaction. A recording of the screen was subsequently made and shared on social media, where it quickly gained significant attention.

However, as the video spread widely, questions regarding its authenticity also increased. Several users questioned whether the extraordinary balance shown on the screen was genuine or the result of a technical malfunction.

Some social media users pointed out that browser developer tools can be used to modify webpage appearances, making it possible to create misleading screenshots and videos showing incorrect account balances. Others urged restraint, stating that conclusions should not be drawn without official verification.
